Complete with a wood stove, full kitchen, and stained glass windows with views of the wooded yard, this peaceful location could be exactly what you need to focus on your writing, poetry, blogging, artwork - whatever it is that feeds your soul!
retreat allows you to spend your time where you need it most: engrossed
in your project.
Work spaces: couch, recliner (bringing along a lap desk might be a good idea), dining table, desks. (This is a television free weekend. If you'd like to watch something on your own device, please bring along ear buds so others aren't disturbed. Same goes for music.)
Take a walk down the village streets to get your ideas flowing, or just park yourself by a window and enjoy endless tea as the view inspires your creativity!
Bed and room options are available on a first-come-first-served basis. We will remove options as they're spoken for. (Options are: private room in loft with queen bed; single beds in a shared room; BYO air mattress & bedding)
Can you only get away for one night? We can accommodate that! Choose the one night option from the list. Want to just come for a day? That's fine too! Select the day you'll come and we'll see you there!
Parking: We are still working this out. There is room for three vehicles in the driveway.
Do you prefer to prepare your own meals? Use the code ICOOK at checkout to remove the food cost from your registration.
Full address will be revealed upon registration.
When registration is completed you will be invited into a private Facebook group where more information will be shared and you can meet others who will be in attendance.
Special Event Return Policy: we will refund your event registration up until three days before the event, minus a $10 service charge. In the event of cancellation on our part (inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances), you will be refunded in full.
